About 16 months ago it was necessary to go into a Brazilian  
hospital for a D and C, to clean out a layer of blood that had  
developed in my uterus.  That went smoothly, but 6 months later a  
new ultrasound revealed that the uterus had doubled in size, and  
there was a cyst on one of the ovaries.  The doctor asked me to  
continue the hormone treatment she had prescribed after the D and  
C.   She said that another ultrasound in 6 months would show  
whether to continue medicating or remove the uterus. My husband and I      
prayed and asked God to heal me.
      Six months later I returned to the office.  The doctor, who is  
not a Christian, greeted me like this:  "Marlene, I am shocked!   
What is it that you do in that place there on the corner?"
 (referring to the  Worship Center down the block.)  Already worried  
about what she was going to say, I began telling her that we  
worship Jesus and intercede.
      The doctor showed me the old and new ultrasounds, and  
explained that my uterus had returned to its normal state, and the  
ovarian cyst was gone.  She exclaimed, "You have been healed!  It  
is a miracle!  I have never seen this happen before!  I have never  
seen a uterus of the size that yours had grown to return to normal,  
and also the cyst has disappeared!!  You have been healed!!"
     Needless to say I was thrilled, and even a bit shocked!  I  
began to share with her that we had prayed for God to heal me, and  
He did it.  It was truly an amazing experience for both of us!
      When I go back for another Dr's visit and ultrasound in a few  
months, I look forward to talking with her again.  I pray that God  
will give me His words of salvation to share with her.
